What’s expected if I sign up for a Free Trial?
We intend for PUMA to improve your research and business strategy-related workflows. We expect Free Trial members to try out PUMA for themselves. We’ll likely request feedback and hope you’ll share as much as you’re comfortable to help us improve the experience.
What level of support should I expect from the Valuer.ai team when using PUMA as Free Trial member?
As a part of the Free Trial program, you’ll be able to connect with members of our product team for onboarding support and to share your valuable feedback. However, we may be unable to provide technical product support regarding bugs or the same level of support we provide to Valuer’s paid customers. While we may not be able to respond to your issues in 24 hours, we will try to respond as quickly as possible. Additionally, you can expect to hear from our product team directly as we roll out product fixes and improvements. Your feedback matters!
How much does it cost to use PUMA on Free Trial?
There is no cost to enter the Free Trial program; however, as PUMA is included in the enterprise license tiers over time, Free Trial users will be informed of any pricing implications on their part. Valuer.ai will under no circumstances charge PUMA Free Trial users without their prior consent.
Will I lose access to any data I create or add to any Valuer products after the Free Trial expires?
If you still have access to a Valuer.ai account, your data won’t be affected.
Can I invite teammates to the Free Trial?
Yes, you can make PUMA’s Free Trial available to your teammates. By default, PUMA will only be available to your user-specific ID, but we can extend access to your domain. Please invite teammates from the same email domain through the invite users option in PUMA.
